Dr Ellen Moyer's talk to CAH on November 3, 2017

A few weeks ago, Dr Ellen Moyer came to our CAH group and gave us an excellent talk based on her book: “Our Earth, Our Species, Our Selves: How to Thrive While Creating a Sustainable World”.  I purchased a copy, and have since enjoyed reading it.  I was inspired by this book, in which she described so many relevant topics.  Each topic was thoroughly referenced.

It is rare to find such a book, with over 700 notes/references as well as a detailed Appendix.  I thank her for coming and sharing this book, and her all-embracing philosophy, on saving our planet.  I think we could give a lively program every month, for several years, based on her referenced authors, topics, and notes. I heartily recommend her book, and hope she will come and visit us again in the future.
